Mission and Vision

Mission: Fellowship church exists to Connect and Lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19-20)

Vision: To turn our Community into Family

This is evident when we invest in 3 vital relationships:

• Intimacy with God- Matthew 22:36-37

• Community with Believers (Shared Burden)- Hebrews 10:24-25

• Influence with Unbelievers (Shared Mission)- Colossians 4:5

Our Values:

Fellowship church is built on seven foundational values:

• Biblical Authority – We believe God has spoken to us through the Scriptures.  Therefore, the Bible is our ultimate Authority.

• Intimacy with God – We believe God desires an intimate relationship with every believer.  We pursue intimacy through bible study, curiosity, prayer, reflection, and worship.

• Relevance – In all that we do we seek to to be relevant. This will allow us to engage the culture and have a lasting affect on our community.

• Shared Burden – We believe accountability, belonging, and care are critical to a sense of family.  This is best achieved within the context of Life Groups: A small group of like-minded, relationally connected believers and seekers.

• Shared Mission – Every believer has the responsibility of engaging their culture and carrying out the great commission in their communities.  (Matthew 28:19-20)

• Shared Responsibility – As members of the body of Christ, each member has gifts and is responsible for exercising their gifts in tandem with other members of the body.  Maximum impact is contingent upon the coordinated, strategic efforts of our current volunteers, and the intentional apprenticing of future volunteers.
